The rules for using Deeporax, a paid digital marketing and AI-content service operated by Deeporax AI Ltd (United Kingdom). By creating an account or paying you agree to these terms, the Refund Policy at deeporax.com/refunds, and the Privacy Policy at deeporax.com/privacy.
Deeporax is software-as-a-service. You pay for access to AI generation (images, slideshows, ads, voices, characters), connected-account publishing tools, and related dashboard features. Nothing physical is shipped. Access is delivered online as soon as your account is created or a paid plan is confirmed. Prices on deeporax.com are in US dollars (USD).
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The service is not for children and is not a dating, adult, or deepfake product. You may only use Deeporax for lawful business and creator marketing.
You are responsible for every action taken under your account, including prompts, uploads, generations, and anything published through a connected social account. Keep your sign-in secure. Do not share an account.
Do not use Deeporax for spam, deception, fake engagement, harassment, hate, scams, or anything that breaks the law or the rules of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or X. Do not upload or generate content you do not have the rights to use. Do not try to jailbreak, bypass, or prompt around our filters. Other prohibited uses include illegal drugs, weapons, gambling services, counterfeit goods, and any activity on Stripe's Prohibited and Restricted Businesses list (stripe.com/legal/restricted-businesses).
These uses are banned with no warning and no second chance. One violation permanently closes the account. (a) Sexual, pornographic, nude, fetish, or other NSFW content of any kind, including literature, imagery, audio, video, live features, and any AI-generated content designed for sexual gratification — the same adult-content category Stripe prohibits. (b) Deepfakes and non-consensual synthetic media: a realistic image, video, or voice of a real, identifiable person without that person's documented consent, including face-swaps, voice clones, impersonation, and non-consensual intimate imagery. (c) Any sexual content involving anyone 17 or under, or any attempt to create it. We delete the content, revoke connected accounts, and may report the activity to Stripe, the platforms involved, and law enforcement.
We review reports and may use automated filters plus human review. A zero-tolerance violation in section 5 is an immediate, permanent ban without prior notice. Fees already paid, unused subscription time, and unused credits are forfeited and are not refunded. We may also suspend or terminate for other breaches of these terms. Circumventing a ban (new accounts, new cards, new emails) is itself a ban.
You own what you create, provided it complies with these terms. You grant us the rights needed to generate, store, moderate, and — when you ask — publish it. Prohibited content is not yours to keep on our systems; we delete it when we find it. You confirm that reference photos, voices, and likenesses you upload are of you or of people who have consented, and are not of minors.
Paid plans and credit top-ups are charged in USD through Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Plans bill monthly or yearly and can be cancelled any time from Billing & Plans. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access runs to the end of the paid term. See the Refund Policy at deeporax.com/refunds for refunds, billing errors, unused credits, and the cases where money is not returned (including a ban under section 5). Charge descriptions on your card statement will identify Deeporax.
This is a digital service. There is no shipping, no physical return, and no restocking. Access starts when you sign in or when Stripe confirms payment. Cancel from Billing & Plans, or email support@deeporax.com. Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends; unused trial time is forfeited when you start paying.
Store apps are licensed to you, not sold. Some are free and MIT licensed, some are paid, and some are separate products on their own domains with their own terms — each app's store page says which it is. Store downloads are also covered by the terms at store.deeporax.com/terms.
Apps marked beta or in development ship as they are and can change or stop working. Update checks tell an installed app that a newer version exists; whether you install it stays your choice.
You can delete your account any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. A section 5 violation is an instant permanent ban. After a ban you must not use Deeporax again.
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular result from a generation, or that a platform will leave a post up. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
